Dr. Horrocks earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, followed by an intensive three-year surgical residency in foot and ankle reconstruction at SSM Health DePaul Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, where he distinguished himself as Chief Resident. He also completed an international mini-fellowship in Hamburg, Germany, gaining valuable experience in advanced reconstructive and minimally invasive techniques. His training encompassed all facets of foot and ankle surgery, including trauma management, wound care, and diabetic limb preservation. Clinically, Dr. Horrocks has special interests in sports medicine, bunion and hammertoe correction, diabetic foot complications, and chronic ankle pain. He is deeply committed to helping patients restore function and mobility through evidence-based, individualized care, allowing them to return to the activities they love.
A native of Washington State, Dr. Horrocks completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he was a member of the university’s track and cross-country teams. Outside of his medical practice, he remains an avid runner and cyclist and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
